About Amanda

Amanda became a Realtor in 2002 and obtained her brokers license in 2008. She was previously the sales manager of a large company in Augusta, a business she helped build from the ground up. While working in that business she developed strong skills for marketing and negotiating. She had a wonderful rapport and love for her clients, their families, as well as the builders that she served for many years. She decided to take it to the next level of being a part of their lives.

Amanda is a native to Columbia County and would choose no where else to call home for her husband and children. She was raised in a construction background where her father and step father both worked in new construction and mother owned and managed many rental properties. Amanda appreciates the skills and work ethic she gained from that upbringing. Her love and knowledge of Columbia County, construction and the CSRA make her the perfect choice to assist families who also choose to call the CSRA home.

Amanda is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has served on the Board of Realtors, as a facilitator. She has also served on the Builders Association and Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.

Amanda not only spends her time in the real estate world, but also feels that giving back to the community she loves is a must! Over the years, she has donated her time and financial support to many worthy causes including foundations like the Ronald McDonald House, The Richmond County Rescue Dive Team, Easter Seals, Local Builders Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and The Children’s Miracle Network, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, just to name a few.

Amanda has a genuine love for helping her clients and is constantly striving to give excellent customer service.
