About Wendy
Hi, I’m Wendy. I am a down-to-earth Realtor® who believes real estate should feel honest, simple, and human. I serve buyers and sellers throughout Augusta, North Augusta, Evans, Martinez, and surrounding areas, and my entire approach is rooted in one core value: Authenticity.
To me, authenticity means honesty, communication, and treating you like a person, not a commission.
Before real estate, I earned my degree in marketing and later spent years as a stay-at-home mom. Both seasons of my life shaped the way I show up for my clients today. Marketing taught me strategy, communication, and how to present a home with purpose. Motherhood taught me patience, problem-solving, and how to stay calm and steady when life gets messy. Together, they help me guide people through one of the biggest transitions of their lives with understanding and confidence.
I am a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and a Commitment to Excellence Agent, but more importantly, I am someone who genuinely cares. My clients often tell me they appreciate my calm nature, patience, and the way I explain things in a way that actually makes sense.
Outside of real estate, I have been married for more than 25 years. I am grounded in faith and family, and I am known for being a little clumsy and very genuine. I love connecting with people, whether it is at a showing, over coffee, or at a community event, and my goal is always to leave you feeling understood, supported, and confident in your next step.
