Ashley Smith is a third generation Realtor® and dual-state real estate professional, licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. This allows her to seamlessly assist clients on both sides of the Savannah River. Being raised in the area, Ashley offers unparalleled insight into the local market, which is knowledge that helps her clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

She lives in Martinez with her husband, their son who is currently in college, and their two adorable Shih Tzus. She enjoys traveling, fine dining, kayaking, fishing, and a good shopping trip.
