With more than 30 years of roots in the Augusta area, Dean Grizzaffi brings local knowledge, real-world property experience, and a strong commitment to serving his clients.

Dean’s background includes service in the United States Marine Corps, along with professional experience as an insurance adjuster and home inspector. Those experiences have given him a unique perspective when it comes to real estate and an eye for details that can be especially valuable when helping clients buy, sell, or invest in property.

Serving Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, Martinez, North Augusta, and surrounding communities, Dean works with first-time homebuyers, veterans, relocating families, investors, land buyers, new construction clients, and homeowners preparing to sell.
